My 13 years of expe­ri­ence in imple­men­ting busi­ness trans­for­ma­tion pro­jects as a con­sul­tant and pro­ject mana­ger across various indus­try sec­tors (e.g. at Por­sche AG, Robert Bosch GmbH, SAP Deutsch­land AG & Co. KG) make me your ideal digi­tal trans­for­ma­tion consultant.

In addi­tion to the exten­sive pro­ject know-how, being a pro­ject mana­ger as well as a pro­cess and manage­ment con­sul­tant in dif­fe­rent busi­ness and tech­ni­cal fields taught me to be cus­to­mer focu­sed and solu­tion ori­en­ted. I am a high per­for­mer, a team player and also an effec­tive coor­di­na­tor with excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­tion and manage­ment skills.

At the begin­ning of the year, my com­pany has grown steadily and thus the com­pe­ten­cies have also developed.
Team Nina Steg­mann is a young, dyna­mic team and con­sists of a total of seven employees.
Tog­e­ther we bring com­pe­ten­ces from dif­fe­rent areas. Our exper­tise are in the areas of agile pro­ject manage­ment, scrum mas­ter, digi­tal and cul­tu­ral trans­for­ma­tion, com­mu­ni­ca­tion, didac­tics, e‑learning, orga­niz­a­tio­nal deve­lo­p­ment and change management.
Fur­ther­more, as a team we con­duct various work­shops and plan, orga­nize as well as mode­rate net­wor­king events.
Soon we will relaunch our home­page, which will include the intro­duc­tion of all mem­bers of the Nina Steg­mann team.

I create com­bi­na­ti­ons out of see­min­gly con­tra­dic­tory pro­per­ties and unite per­spec­ti­ves; thin­king stra­te­gi­cally as well as dri­ving a prag­ma­tic implementation.

Pas­sio­nate

I ope­rate as an entre­pre­neur with focus on both the busi­ness and the people: The balance bet­ween com­mer­cial inte­rests and the indi­vi­dual needs of employees and lea­ders is par­ti­cu­larly important for me.

Pionee­ring
